ON THE GROUND FLOOR

A spacious four bedroomed cottage situated in a crofting community on the north eastern side of the isle.

It is one of five cottages that has been delightfully refurbished and provides an idyllic holiday retreat.

The cottage is surrounded by some of the most beautiful and dramatic scenery in Scotland. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful.

This charming cottage is fresh, contemporary, with a shabby chic feel and offers high level of inviting comfort.

The entrance vestibule is a generous size with plenty of room for your walking boots and coats. The open plan kitchen/lounge has plump sofas to curl up on with the romance of a Victorian open fire. Flat screen TV with ‘free view’, books and games are provided for your entertainment.

In the kitchen there is an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. As well as a microwave and lovely dining table that will seat eight people.

In the utility room there is a washing machine and drying facilities, along with a toilet and wash hand basin.

ON THE FIRST FLOOR

There are two double bedrooms. One twin room and one bunk room for the children making the house suitable for up to 8 people. The rooms are individually decorated and have deep comfortable beds.

On this floor there are two well appointed bathrooms. These comprise of a WC, wash hand basin, bath with shower attachment. The shower room comes with separate cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Along with an open fire the Cottage has electric heating throughout. This is included in the rental price, being assured of a comfortable stay no matter the time of year.

The wonderful sea facing patio offers a perfect opportunity to relax. Enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view of the bay.

Spacious off road parking is available to the cottage.

Please note: there are two adjoining self contained chalets. These are completely separate from the house and the connecting door is kept locked at all times.
